You this good looking male, say at the gas station. THe man looks at you and makes it pretty obvious, you look back and smile then its all done. What is up with that? Why don't men say anything or do they just love to look?

For me I would say its not the place. When your pumping gas and a hot girl is next to you pumping gas you look but really you wouldn't think of it as a place to pick someone up at.
If you like a guy and feel there is a connections go up to him and start up a convo. Its easyer for a woman to start something than a man. Don't wait for the man to do it all the time or you will be waiting along time!

Maybe, he was looking way past you at some guy he thought was his cousin. But you.. being that the world revolves around you, assumes that he was "being obvious" and he just wanted "you and your bad self".... wow, what an EGO! Why didyou not ask.. hey! You lookin at me? Because he might say, shut up! I'm not looking at you. Maybe it is because you are not what you think that you are... wow! Your EGO must be out of this world!

Well, maybe he's a decent guy who is true to his girl.
Women don't like to be approached by strangers. Why don't you do something like comment on the price of gas or the weather. Let him know that you're open to a conversation and he might take the bait.

Yes, they love to look.......he could've been married for all you know. Also, guys are no less terrified of rejection than the girls so if you get a lot of looks but no conversations, it might be your turn to start. If they are married/involved they will (hopefully) back off but if they are interested, even if they are shy, you should be able to tell.

Guys like to flirt and just have fun. Maybe he is in a relationship or he is not ready for a relationship. Also, he doesn't always have to be the one to initiate things, maybe you can say, nice day huh?, so what do you have planned?
