No this is not okay. Your body needs the vitamins stored in these foods! Vegetables are yummy & nutricious, and they can help protect against things like cancer, stroke, heart disease, going blind - and they are a vital part of your diet.
If they weren't that important, the government would put them in the same category asof the 'sugary, fatty' foods, only they're not! They're very good for you and you're missing out if you don't enjoy them the same way we do.
Talk to a nutrionist of you need more help!!xox

No. You are not getting the vitamins and mineralscontained in veggies.
The cabbage family is a must to clean out your system, its a very good anticarcinagin.
Plus you need fruit too. Vitamin C to repair your body's system like hair, skin, antioxident to fight off free radicals.
Girl you are not healthy.
That bread you eat should be whole wheat. Eggs are OK in moderation. Bananas give you potassium and natural sugar.
Fish is good broiled, and rice is good, if its brown rice. In white sugar, bread, rice, and white potatoes, all of the good stuff has been removed. Plus they are high glycemic. Which means foods like bananas jack your blood sugar up fast and you come down fast, creating lack of energy/ fatigue/sleepiness. Eat good fats with your carbs so that doesn't happen.
Just remember the more colorful fruit and veggies you put in your diet, the healthier you will be!

well it is okay for now, but eventually ur body wont be able to get teh right nutrients nad minerals and vitamins that it needs, which come from many vegetables.. if u can try to eat some vegetables, and not all the same colored ones either.. there is things in all that ur body needs to sustain homeostasis.
oh, and also if u gain weight easily, dont eat more then one banana a day. :)

No it is not. Humans MUST eat vegetables...preferably leafy green ones. To diet with best results and long term benefits, you should have a BALANCED diet of ALL foods in the food group pyramid along with lots of water and portion control...stay away from fad diets which is wh at you described.

American dietitians believe you need the vitamins and fiber found in veggies.
Since you do not eat any fiber foods, you may start experiencing constipation along with some vitamin deficiency issues like scurvy.
You might want to study the Mongolians , however , because their nomadic lifestyles with their animals , also results in few veggies.
Maybe see what health problems they have.

My pediatrician said if kids eat a good variety of fruits, no veggies isn't a huge deal. Variety! Make sure you're getting all your vitamins. ie, if you don't eat carrots, you can get your beta carotene from cantelope. You need more fruits in your diet if you want to skip veggies, and alternate them. Although eating veggies AND fruits daily best for optimal health.

It isn't very healthy if the only fruit you eat is a banana. You should be eating at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.

No it is not ok. people formulated the food pyramid because everyone needs food from all different groups and vegetables are one of the most vital groups that most people do not consume enough of. you will be lackign in minerals and your body will not be able to function to its full potential.

Carbs, carbs, carbs. That's all I have to say. Plus this you will become obese. And have the problem of obesity. You should eat your veggies and be tall and strong when you grow up. Otherwise Santa won't visit you.
