I recently have been on this site for quite some time asking and I moved say maybe 21/2 years ago and I got so stressed and depressed from the move. My best friends all moved also I don’t talk to them a lot anymore. About a year ago I suffered from an anxiety attack at a dinner table it was horrible followed by a week of depression. I believe it has to do with stress related anxiety. Its weird because I’m nearly always fine in the summer but something always happens in the winter. This winter was the winter of hell. Me and my friend got into a fight after being together everyday she’s a girl and im a boy. We don’t talk as much now. Okay ive experienced mostly all anxiety symptoms including stress. Im worrying constantly about brain tumors now and before it was all the other serious diseases and ive never worried about this before. I get headaches but there like nothing at all. I keep getting these weird feeling in my head that last about 4 seconds there horrible it feels like someone’s squeezing my brain in but they go away followed by pressure from the amount of anxiety. Ive been getting tension headaches followed by no Nausea at all, no fever, no vomiting!!! I CANT STOP WORRING!! Ive been to the doctors already they told me that its allergies and my age???I don’t see anyone else in my school accept for like 2 ppl that have anxiety..What is this

The first question I always ask is: what are you eating? Do you eat a lot of processed foods? Junk? Fast food? Sugar? White flour products? Caffeine? Soda? Things that come out of a box, can or jar?
Or do you eat healthy, balanced meals consisting of
proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats, lots of water, and possibly some vitamins?

There is a such thing as depression that happens only in certain seasons. You have actually been diagnosed with deppression? or anxiety? if so have you researced about it on the internet? The seasons can do very strange things to us even a rainy day can make me depressed and i have BPD, i went to the doctor because i get headaches all the time and they did MRI's and Cat scans and told me it was allergies too. And yes it could be allergies you can either be born with them or not get them till way after you hit adut age. I seem to get worse around the winter as well. I get severe aches behind my right ear sometimes that lasts a few seconds then they go away it feels like a dull knife carving in my head. Have you tried medication for your anxiety drugs they have out now a days are wonderful and yes expensive. My depression problems hit me around 14. I'm in my twenties now and i still struggle with it. I worry about a lot of things too even stupid things. You might have a seasonal depression or anxiety disorder or you could just be worrying yourself sick. Get on the web and look under anxiety disorders and do some research or tell your mom/dad or whoever you live with you want to get an evalutaion cause you think you have a problem.
wish you luck

If it only in the winter that this happens, then it could just be the lack of light, studies have proven that stress and depression happen more in winter. I would say just keep bugging ur doctor till he/she gives you the answer u need.

allergies and your age!!!! freekin doctors. Go back to the doctors and tell them you want a referal to a therapist. and don't take no for an answer. since you are only 13 you need one of your parents to demand help for you. I know I have had to fight for my daughters alot. some doctors don't like me much. You need help before it becomes a bigger problem. Now go talk to your mother or father please.
