I work with this guy and he's quite cocky. Normally he's quite foward with girls and he flirts with me a lot. I was just wondering that if he liked me, would he have asked me out all ready?? Help....im so confused!!

He is still a bit cocky when its just me and him but he's really sweet. Plus when we're out (like on a friday) and he sees me, he'll always come say hello and he's constantly kissing me (like my head and hair!!)

Why would you want to date a cocky guy, why don't you find a nice nerdy guy like me? sounds like he flirts with everyone , he will just hurt you if you go out with him.

Ask him out put down put your heart on him. Sounds like he's one of those who flirt and kiss and make the girls cry for fun. If he doesn't show any signs of becoming real and mature, move away.
