Not sure, because you realize how ridiculous you look in
this position ? Trying putting your right thumb in your mouth
while doing this and every fourth step you take "switch thumbs"
that way those around you can get a good laugh too

When stright your thumb is at a different angle than the rest of your fingers. Men have a specific nerve in their rectume for pleasure, the thumb hits that nerve slightly while the other fingers do not.
