You mean "How do I go to the United Kingdom?"
Are you asking about citizenship?
You need to be a resident there for at least 5 years before applying. 3 years if you are married to a British citizen.

I wouldn't come. The whole place is swimming in filth, the people are dirty, the food stinks. There is no transport systems. They are in a huge crime wave with people being shot and stabbed every day. Loads of pickpockets and mugging.
Besides, the place is full of foreigners who don't speak English.

You would have to see if you neeed a passport or not. If you do then you would have to apply for one & then wait for it to be prcessed. Are you going for a visit or to stay, different visas for each of those. I wouldn't listen to these guys. Just go on over.
