well im attractive myself.
and I dont like a guy to give me full attention.
something like when he talks to me..its not like Im the only attractive lady on earth.(its uncomfortable)
Im a shy lady..I'd like a guy to charm me..be abit cheeky have some sence of humor..wouldn't give up on me..

Do you have anything in common? If you do a good way to start a conversation is with a question about some common ground. Not in a smarmy way, but so she thinks she is helping you. This way it's very unlikely she will think you are coming on to her. But this isn't as crap as it sounds. Humans make judgments about other people after 10 seconds, by opening with a neutral question you lower a girl's defenses, therefore she will be more receptive to you. After the initial opener go for humour every time, funny guys are always attractive. And don't linger too long and say too much at once, leave her wanting more so she has something else to talk to you about. Good luck

Depends, what kind of girl is it? Is she shy, outgoing, mean, nice, sweet, crazy??
Laughter and jokes always work with any female... I dont know how many females really want to get impressed by a guy, esp if he's a big-show-off type. We think those guys have huge egos. Being smart and laid-back is good. Unless the girl is a crazy type, she'll probably enjoy anything wild and an interesting talent.

Dont try to impress them you will just look like a jerk or a total loser if you do that. What you should do is just be yourself. Just go up to them and start a coversation say you noticed her and that you are interested in getting to know her better and if she would like to hang out with you sometime. Make sure you are a 100% confident when you approach them. Women LOVE it when men have confidence.

Don't put on airs..be yourself. Be confident but not arrogant....open doors, be a gentleman. Answer questions about yourself but then ask her about herself.....and actually listen!!! I am the most impressed when a man remembers some tiny detail from a conversation we had ( something I said, obviously ) It means he was paying attention and that can be really hard to find.

You have to be yourself - dont put on a fake persona. I would recommend just talk to them about their weekend etc - casual conversation without asking anything too personal. You will tell by the length of their answers if they are interested in you and especially if they ask questions in return. Good luck and be courageous - nothing ventured, nothing gained.

be flirty. Look hott. and be sweet and once you get one of your girls, stay with them don't hurt them by cheating. then you pretty much have no chance in getting anyone. go up to one of them and say something like.."hey I couldn't help but notice how beautiful you look, can I have the pleasure in knowing your name?" or something really sweet but don't make it one of the really retarded lines that guys use all the time. all you need to do is be yourself. girls always like that. they won't like some one who is acting around them.
the best wway to approach them is by probably trying to start a conversation. if it doesn't work it probably means its not meant to happen.
