bread 2 days old only the inside
vinegar
capers
salt pepper
oil
garlic
put the bread to soak for at least 20 minutes in the vinegar.
in the mean time chopp the parsley the capers and the garlic.Squeeze the bread so the liquid comes off then add to the mixer.with this i do my sardines then i bake them with olive oil and some slice of potatoes and lemon on the bottom and on top

No, but I do stuff them with cream cheese and herbs, then batter and fry them-delish! I will consider the pomegranite idea, I'll try anything once!
