ever used DrNatura Colonix? I'm interested in getting my colon cleaned?

Don't do it. It isn't necessary and can be damaging to the natural bacteria which we need in our digestive system.

Warm water & a couple drops of baby shampoo is all you really need .
OR eat fiber, psyllium if you are young and have a fast GI tract . . .
Citrucell if you are older or had surgery and a slow GI tract (no gas with citrucell)
Fiber will keep you clean !
