Either the recording you’ve left or the one you’ve been met by?
A response I’ve received to one of the posted ‘jokes’ I’ve left tonight has stated that they will use the ‘joked’ message on their answer phone (oh and good for you). Just wondered if anyone else had left or received some good ones?
I once had an answer phone message that said
“I’m sorry that I can’t take your call but if you speak slowly the microwave will write it down and then stick it to the fridge for me to see”.

I had one for a while that said "I am sorry I can't take your call right now and there is a problem with the answering machine, however, I have connected the telephone to the fridge where your message will be kept on ice so I can deal with it on my return."

Funniest one i left on my phone was me in a deep voice: You have reached Hell! Plz leave a message and the Dark Lord will get back to you shortly.

mines in spanish so no one can understand it! lol. but before, i had it set to where it sounded like i answered: "hello? hello? oh! sorry i couldnt hear you....wait, who is this?......ok, well, im not signing up for any scams and i dont want to be your friend!....huh? i cant hear you-speak up!....well, if your not going to speak up, leave a message at the tone!".
kind of lame, but its really funny when one of your friends pick up! lol.

Someone left me a voicemail once saying "I know what you've been up to, and I think it's terrible". I didn't sleep well that night, I can tell you.

for a while i had a lot of friends set up their voice mail to sound like they had picked up the phone example, they would say hello or hey and it would trick you into talking.
