Ive been there for everyone just not for me if that makes sense. I found the best thing was time. Im still angry but Im moving on. Im learning from my mistakes. I try to make a bad thing into a leaning experience. Hope this Helped even if its just a little.

Recognizing it, which you've already done! Then forgiving yourself for not being perfect and realising that no-one is! I got badly hurt by someone who I trusted and the only way could deal with it was by turning anger on myself instead of admitting the emotions I was feeling. The only solution finally was to forgive - but it took a while! Hope this helps.

It stills happens to me but the best thing you can do is chalk up the situation as a life lesson. I generally dissect what am I mad about? Was it worth being mad about? Could I have had a different reaction and what would it be? What would be the outcome of a more positive reaction? I used to get irrate but I have really mellowed out by discussing things in my mind about how to react/resolve issues (even if it only involves myself).

Ihad exprence this kind of problem whereby when i was at home alone i was thinking of my fault during my working time and i was extreamly mad at myself and what i did was siting in my room and hearing some sentimentals songs and just relax myself when i am back to normal i will go to the kitchen and myself a cup of hot drink and forget the past and i will try to rectify my mistake while having the hot drink. Besides that, i will go sit down in medititon mood and try to focus something nice or a beatifull view of something.... try this all the best

Yes - I was real bad when it came to self anger. The best thing to do is take control of situations in your life. Who is in control of you? You are!!! Not anyone else.

A lot of times people are hard on themselves and they don't need to be. Try to also look at things in a different light!

It doesn't help to harbor anger at yourself. Just remind yourself that what's done is done, and move on. The situation will only take more from your life as you keep it inside.

Well I get angry at myself sometimes but just don't worry about it and it goes away. But just relax and take deep breaths and it will pass.

Write out your feelings or talk to a trusted friend or counselor about what you are feeling. Remember that we are all human and make mistakes.
