Is there such a thing as a perfect burger? I like my buns toasted. Than I like cheese, onion, tomato, sweet pickles, along with kepchup maybe a little lettuce but very little. And of course the patty. That of course must be grilled. That makes my burger. But it is all about what you like. I know a friend of mine puts barbecue sauce on her's. Enjoy your burger.

Sprinkle liberally w/ worcestershire sauce; let it soak in. Then season w/ kosher salt and FGBP before tossing on a screaming hot grill outside and cooking until medium-well doneness. Add some real cheddar cheese, or maybe some blue chz crumbles, and plop on a warm bun and load it w/ all the usual toppings and condiments!

sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let it set for a few minutes. Grill to preferred doneness and add bleu cheese during the final minutes of cooking. Top with caramelized onions and Dijon mustard on a toasted onion roll

Blue cheese, red onion, and bacon.
Served with roasted red potato quarters. Sam Adams boston lager is a must with these flavors.

Since that is the most PRIME tasting, why would you want to mask the taste with anything more than salt and pepper???

Grill to medium, let rest 2-3 minutes, toasted buttered bun, and wrap your mouth around it......

See how easy that was??

Enjoy!!!
