for 6 days now i been having this pain on my upper back if i put my head in a certain angle or if i do the scapular squeezes which is shoulder blaze squeeze it hurts a lot to do that and the pain is located around my right upper back and it hurts a lot. it isn't from sleeping wrong or having a big pillow or working out. it just came on suddenly and i dont know why and it hurts. could it be lung cancer if it hurts in my upper back or could it be something with spine cord?? please help it hurts a lot.

Muscular pain is not caused by lung cancer, and when something is wrong with the spinal cord, it affects all nerves downstream, so you can rule these two things out as possible causes. You probably have a vertebra out of alignment, or have a pulled muscle - both of these things are often related.

A visit to a chiropractor would be a good idea - they are very effective at finding and correcting these types of problems.

You should go see your doctor or go to the Emergency Room. Everyone on here could try and guess what it is, but you're not really going to know unless you go see someone.
