My brothers best friend told his family and my brother that he likes me but he wont tell me. I am friends with his sisters and we all went skating one night and this guy started hitting on me. He got all mad he was about to yell at him. Later on my brother told me about it and how mad he was, and thats why he stayed pretty much on my hip the rest of the night. I like him too and i do get jealous when girls flirt with him but i dont do that (i know he isnt interested). He wont tell me to my face that he likes me but he will show me in lots of other ways, why wont he say something? my friends come over and notice it and they go "ask him out!" but im too shy for that. should i just ask him?!? get over my shyness and go for it??? he doesnt look at other girls.. hes whipped without the whippage i think...we act like were dating most of the time and we might as well be...but we are just WAY TO SHY to say anything! other than serious flirting he told my brother he was about to once... agh!

If you don't say something you may never know. If you want to know the answer to the question, the only way to find the answer is to ask it. Since you are both shy you will never start actually dating unless one of you breaks the shyness barrier. The only rule is if you can't take the answer don't ask the question. What's the worst thing that he could day? Just be ready for the answer that you receive.

If you knew that he like you someone told you then i think you should asked him out and believe me he will be so speechless and didn't know what to say.. you will notice his face is red.. bec, he so shy....
So, you know that he not care about other girl wanted him and you know that he rather to be with you.. and go for it... I have best friend female and she not in to this guy but like him but knowing that all the girls want him but he want my best friend and now guess what been together for 14 years now have 3 kdis not married yet but very happy...
I believe if you asked him out and he will be shocked, shy, and speechless too. smiling.. IF I was right then Give me 10 points. smiling.

Its just overcoming the shyness, as you are friends anyway just casual ask him out. It doesnt have to be a big deal, just break the ice, you will probably feel so much better & less shy.

if you are to shy set up a group outting and then ask him if he wants to watch a movie or do something with you later...then when you get him alone it will make it easier to talk to him and just tell him how you feel. If it's obvious that he likes you and you like him then you have nothing to lose...

If you can't get over the shy part tell your brother to ask him for you. If you can get over the shy part then just ask him. If you know he likes you already there's no risk. Plus it'll be more fun when it's official!

Well you know he likes you so ask him out. If you still don't want to then tell your brother to tell dude you like him. Tell your brother to let him know that you will say yes if he would just ask.

sounds to me like he is affraid to be turned down. He is not 100% sure that you are interested in him so he is scared to ask you out. Go for it! you know he is going to say yes. plus who really knows what your brother is telling him about your feelings.
