I mean where do they get gaul to do this?If every ceo had his own police this would be mini police states that go with their own laws. The casinos CHEAT ALL THE TIME AND THEY CALL YOU A CHEATER IF YOU TRY TO INFRINGE ON THEIR BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS.GAMBLING IS TAKING AWAY MONEY FROM HARD WORKING FAMILIES WHO HAVE AN ADDICTIVE HABBIT CALLED "GAMBLING." IT`S A LEGAL DRUG LIKE CIGARETTES AND THEIR GETTING AWAY WITH IT LIKE MURDER.NOONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO AWAY TO PRISON FOR 20 YEARS FOR CHEATING AT CASINOS.IT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE MISTAMEADOR.IN FACT THEY SHOULD LET THEM ALL OUT OF PRISON TO SAVE THE TAXPAYERS MONEY,AND KEEP THE REAL OFFENDERS LIKE MURDERERS AND CRIMINALS IN.IN MY HOMETOWN CASINOS ARE MOVING IN AND BUSINESSES ARE MOVING OUT.ARE PEOPLE JUST LOSING IT????GAMBLING IS NOT THE ANSWER;MAKING IT EASIER FOR NEW BUSINESSES ARE;TO PROTECT THEM FROM RED TAPE AND BEURACRACY AND TAX LAWS.

They don't have a 'police force', they have security. Any business that deals in large amounts of cash would be idiotic not to have security. They cannot arrest you, they can hold you until the actual police arrive or they can expell you from the premises as is their right.
1. No one makes someone else gamble, just like no one makes someone else smoke cigarettes that they KNOW are bad for them before they take their first puff.
2. Would you like us to make gambling illegal? Then we should also make smoking and drinking illegal, as both are bad for you and both are addictive.
3. Casino's don't cheat. They are licensed businesses and are watched EXTREMELY carefully and if they are caught cheating their licenses are taken away and they cannot do business. They don't NEED to cheat. Legalized gambling is so profitable WITHOUT cheating that taking the chance of having your license suspended would be the height of stupidity, and casinos are not run by stupid people.
4. You might want to consider turning off your caps lock. It kind of makes you look hysterical.

Gambling is a form of entertainment. Some people like it...some people don't. Some people take money and go buy movies or TVs. Some take money and go on vacations. Some people take money and go to casinos. Playing a slot machine is no different than playing a video game except that you sometimes get money back (which generally you will use to play longer, much the same as getting an "extra life" in a video game).
Furthermore, many casinos are on Indian reservations. These are not under the same law as the states are. Do you know that much of the land within the borders of the United States does not legally belong to the USA? Many of the native tribes leased their land to the US long ago. Many of those leases are ending and the natives are setting up their own governments, armies, laws, etc. So the US Constitution and America have nothing to do with many of these places.

Well colleges often have their own police force too, is that unconstitutional and un-American?
I don't know why you are acting surprised that multi billion dollar corporations are afforded such unbelievable rights. Have you seen a movie lately? $250,000 fine and five years in federal prison for making a copy of it.
California just changed the law in the past couple of years so that if you are caught with a camcorder in a movie theater you face a stiffer penalty than if you rape a women in the same theater.
In America big business is king, they do whatever they like because they own all the politicians. In order to run for office you need to have various corporations bribe you with a 'donation.' Once you are elected you have to repay these bribes by voting a certain way, as opposed to doing the right thing.
America is all about capitalism, your comments about gambling are just one example of how businesses treat the little people and are allowed to get away with it.
All that said I think you clearly have an unreasonable beef with casinos. They don't cheat people, they simply stack the odds in their favor. Anyone that plays is fully aware of these odds, and so plays at their own risk.

Is it unconstitutional for casinoes to have there own security? No, no moreso than it is to have a security guard at a bank, amusement park, or anyplace else. All the power to protect you should not be vested soley in the government. The police cannot protect the average citizen, they can only catch the bad guy after he does something.
I have my own problems with the gaming industry, but this is not one of them.
