Ok,
I have an EOS 400D Canon Digital SLR. I would like to spend an amount between 70 - 120 Euros (1 euro = 1.3 USD) to buy a decent TRIPOD. The tripod will be mainly used for night-time shooting and star shooting. I want something good, portable (I dont' want to feel that im carrying a dumbell) and sturdy (that doesn't cause bluriness). Basically I want the best bang for my buck. Since there are at least 50 manufacterers can you please recommend me brand names AND product names.

My lenses are not heavy. just 18-55 Lens, and then I will be buying 70-200mm canon lens with IS. So at least 1 KG is the weight of my whole equpiment.

Please do not only give me a brand name. Give me the product number as well.

I want only people specialized with this subject to answer me.

Thank you so much in advance.

Bogen/ Manfrotto and Gitzo are the top brands but the good stuff is horribly expensive. You could easily spend hundreds of euros just on the ball head.
A tripod in your price range that I think you'll like is the 'SLIK sprint pro'.
Regarding light weight and stable... those requirements contradict eachother. Pick ONE.
The SLIK tripod I mentioned is light weight and it folds down fairly small. Basic tricks to improve stability (with any tripod) are to NEVER raise the center colum, and to weight the center colum down with your camera bag.

Bogen makes really good tripods. Heres one that I would highly recommond even though it is in the £240 range. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=353679&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation Its a great tripod and its carbon fiber so it reduces vibrations since it is not metal. This one is more in your price range http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=2636&A=details&Q=&sku=325157&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation but I highly recommond the carbon fiber ones just bceause it reduces the vibrations of the shutter slap (just a little bit but it could make a whole lot of diffrence on long shutter speeds.
