It is easier than that. You burn about 2,000 calories a day... just living... (given that you arent a serious couch potato).
Keep your calorie count below 2,000 with snacks throughout the day..say every 3 hours of 100 calories then a good dinner. Drink as much water as you can. Its calorie free and fills you up.
Dont eat too close to your bedtime, you need to give your body time to digest before you sleep.
If you keep your daily calories lower than what you naturally burn anyway, you will lose weight.

You have to take this in now, I lost 25kg in 4 months by, eating a small breakfast,eg: (2egg+toast) then lunch fruit eg:(apple +orange) Normal size dinner....Then absolutly nothing after six o' clock. Buy a digtial weighing scales and weigh yourself every morning for the four months and write your weight down in a book everyday. Trust me you will loose a half a kilo everyday if you do not eat after six and do what I tell you...The idea of the weighing scale is that your progress and make you work harder. NO EXERCISE NEEDED.!! Trust me it works!! Good luck!!

You don't need a diet; you merely need to make healthy, fresh food choices and increase your exercise a bit to get into shape. If you exert an extra 500 calories a day (walking, biking, running, whatever), you will lose 1 lb. a week, or 10 lbs. in 2½ months.

well you should also exercise every day with a nice run or walk and you could be more liberal about what you eat.
breakfast- healthy bowl of cereal or wheat toast with a couple eggs
lunch- nice wrap with some turkey or chicken breast (low in fat) lettuce perhaps some honey mustard and cheese to spice things up
dinner- just keep out the fat you could eat anything in moderation.
snacks= try rice cakes or something low in calories

okay, proteins, lots and lots of proteins,
breakfast: eggs, protein shake, banana, even just like special k cereal, anything healthy like that
lunch: grilled chicken, tuna, turkey sandwich, green beans, brocolli, any greens baby! um wat else, tofu: i know it sounds kinda gross but it tastes reaally good if you dress it right, sushi
dinner: steak, lots and lots of greens, um again you could try the chicken, marinated or plain, fish: flounder, salads as well, no thick dresssing though, olive oil and vineger, salt pepper, nothing creamy.. stuff like that
snacks: fruits, healthy shakes
exercises: lots of cardio, 20 mins a day on treadmill or outside for jog, if you can do more thats even better but you can just even it out for a daily thing, 20 a day is good
mondays: legs
tuesdays:abs
Wednesdays: arms and upper body
thursdays: legs again
fridays: abs again
saturdays: arms, upper body
sundays: take em off, day of rest is always good
leg excercises: lunges, calf raises, squats, if you have machines, leg press, leg curls, dead lifts, these are all good, search em online i guess
abs: sit ups, crunches, oblique twists
arms, upper body: curls, tricep extention, using dumbells of course, do biceps, triceps, shoulders, anything, search some of those online, good luck! hope i helped!

its easy just do the south beach diet. its really easy all you do is avoid all carbs(or as many as possible)heres a typical days food
Breakfast:
Eggs and canidian bacon
Snack:any kinda of nuts
lunch:salad with southbeach diet dressing
Snack:cheese stick
Dinner:Steak

1. quit bread and sugar after breakfast.
2. avoid alcohol.
3. eat fish, and white meats.
4. avoid pasta rice or potatoes for dinner.
Loose weight slowly, as you'll stabalise your metabolism. The quicker you loose it, the faster you'll put it back on !

Sex in the morning before breakfast
sex at 11 o'clock for elevensies
sex at noon after lunch
sex a 3pm for tea time
sex at 6pm for dinner
sex at 10 pm supper

stop eating animals
watch your liquids (including diet whatever)
water increases metabolism
check out some magazines (shape/muscle & fitness)
