You need a better plan, not sleeping or eating shouldn't be part of it.A healthy body needs both.Food is like gas for a car, need to add more when the tank is low,or it will stop dead in its tracks. Sleep and rest is also critical for health and well being, its like a battery, when you run the battery down, you have to re-charge them in order to work again. Try to do a few household chores a day,or wait til you have an off day.I work 12 hour nights, and I clean like crazy one or two days to get all the big stuff done, then do a little pick-up work,so things stay neat etc.when I'm working. Take care. SW RNP

its really just a balance of everything you naturally do in your day and getting into a rhythm. But there's always coffee, and if you're not into that, really cold water....drink it and splash a little on the back of your neck. it could also be a mind over matter thing. if you just keep focused on what you're doing and not even give any thought to being tired or exhausted, then you just kind of forget.

haha! i stumble on your question to be completely hilarious! i like it! Ha ! In all seriousness i do no longer think of a real individual (and apparently a Sims too) would be unable to die of no longer dozing. in basic terms as your Sims is doing the human physique will do... pass out while it particularly is over exhausted. Ha! Very humorous nevertheless. My Sims often starves to death. =)
