A question about rice..please answer?

is 1/2 cup rice (uncooked) the same as 1 cup rice (cooked) ?

1 cup uncooked equals 3 cups cooked so therefore 1\2 cup uncooked equals 1 cup cooked

Yeah...thats about right. Even if you have too much just discard it or save it for soup. Remember though...rice doesn't keep long in the fridge. use as soon as possible.
