Stay away from all radioactive material.
Hazard materials
HCL bad acid.
Caustic soda . bad base
Mix and check for a PH 7 and what do u have???
WE have taken 2 bad chemicals and turned it into what??
At a PH of 7 it is just table salt and water.
Most chemicals can be neutralized in this way.
