I am addict to a drug call "Ketamine", and I am a man 32 years old. I noticed a lot of hair loss since 1 year, the time I start using Ketamine. Is it possible that this drug make you lose hair ?

Well, it causes brain damage in rats. I would imagine it COULD cause hair loss, as the brain controls other stuff in your body.

I agree with Fruit.

Trying to find a medical study on the subject, I could not find any. However, I did discover that many animal experiments for treating hair loss use ketamine as an anesthetic--if there was evidence that ketamine promotes hair loss, I imagine they would be using something different.

I've never heard of such a thing nor seen it among K users. So it's probably just coincidence, some people naturally start losing hair around that age!

I've known people who were really really addicted to K and they never had this problem at all... They were girls mind you, and younger. But if it were because of the K it probably still would have affected them.

The only problems I've known K users to have are ulcers, kidney (?) stones, and sinus/nose problems.

Are you kidding me? Hair loss is your major concern? Get your head out of your @@@ and quit using drugs. Keep doing drugs and hair loss wont be your biggest problem. And once you remove head from @@@ you may say hair growth improvement.
