Definitely allrecipes.com you get everything you need. You can even do an ingredient search, where you type in the ingredients you have, the ingredients you don't, and then you can narrow your search by categories (if you're looking for a drink recipe, or appetizer, main course, chicken, beef, dessert, etc).
most of the recipes also come with a picture so you have a general idea of what the finished product should look like
