microsoft publisher troubles?

i didnt have any trouble yesterday doing what i amtrying to do today. i open a blank publication and then i pick the design i want on there which is called (blockade) then i am just trying to paste something from a different site, but when i clik paste, it will tell me that the table is too small blah blah blah, i dont want the table at all. i dont know where this table has come from.

You are copying content from a site that is structured in tables. Paste what you are copying into notepad first, that will remove the formatting and then copy it from notepad to publisher.
