with the united states rolling our clocks ahead 3 weeks before others what will be the affect on travelling times already stated on itineraries and flights overseas?

I heard on the news this morning that there could be some issues overseas, as they will not be making changes. The story mentioned a concern about connecting flights. Best to check with your carrier if you have flights. Not everyone seems well-prepared for the changes...

you need to check directly with your airlines. I would check their websites first. I know Mexico doesn't change until April so starting Sunday Mexico will be 2 hours behind USA. If it's 10:00 AM here it's 8:00 AM there.

No because it's not like they suddenly popped up and decided to change the time!! They knew about it long before and are prepared to make the change seamlessly. Assume that the times on your tickets are the correct local times.
