Do you mean Ouija?
Edit: Ouija boards are (in some cultures) considered to be evil because they "allow you to ask questions from the dead" or something like that.
It's just a toy and should not be taken seriously.

Quija is "divination", "spiritism" perhaps even "necromancy" to those who believe the Quija board can actually make a connection to invisible powers. To those of us that know perfectly well the board is moved by the operator(s) and not by non-existent spirits the idea of using one is childish and the idea of fearing evil spirits will take over the Quija board is neanderthal. But people buy these stupid things and Tarot cards, Rune stones, Magic Eight Balls. most people do it for fun. Some people because they are not so bright and superstitious.

It's OUIJA board--it is an old method to supposedly get in touch with the spirit world--like tarot cards & runes it's been around forever--of course you'll get the paranoid theist who'll tell you you'll become demon possessed if you touch it---but it was in the toy section for a good reason-- it's just another form of entertainment..

Like I keep telling everyone- Parker bros. is not evil- ouiji boards are not evil- it's not possible that a piece of cardboard covered in paper made in a factory somewhere is evil. I mean chuckie is more plausible than that!!!

not evil but dangerous
(here i go whipping out my powers of cut and paste again and..........here's my previous answer)
ouija boards are in my experience one of the most dangerous ways of contacting a spirit because you have no way of knowing the spirit contacted is the one you seek and no safeguards to keep everything else out
imagine the spirit world (or the astral plane if you prefer) as a large, crowded room. using a ouija board is like shouting into this room the name of the person you want and hoping he hears you. the problem with this is everyone else hears you and not every being out there is puppy dogs and rainbows as some psychics would lead us to believe. you now have a (possibly) dangerous being interested in you and by conversing with this being you have now invited this being in. kiss most of your protections goodbye.
hope this helps

Ouiji boards have users ask questions about their lives, futures, ect, to nothing. the problem with this is that people are petitioning entities other than God for their guidance. Demons are likely oppress those that dabble in the unseen world through games and whatnot.

It is a matter of getting answers from spirits in some way other than reading the bible. You can believe in ghosts and contact spirits as long as they are biblical ghosts and spirits. But if you believe in ghosts and contact them through some other means then you are a heretic and should be stoned to death. They don't want you talking to any ghosts except biblical ghosts.

What the hell is a quiji? Do you mean a Ouija board? If so, they're not evil unto themselves; you've heard mostly fear-based propaganda.
