As previously said...there is no such thing. Those things mess with your bodies immune system and if you lose the weight you'll only gain it back plus some. The reason being is that it's not about the word "diet" but about changing your lifestyle and food choices. I've found if you could keep a daily journal of what you are eating you'd see just how much you are putting into your body. Too many calories will definitely pack the pounds on. The other thing I found is that if you don't like to exercise try walking. The more walks you take in a day, the faster the excess weight will come off. Please make sure that you eat from every food group...your body depends on them to keep it running efficiently. Also try eating a bigger breakfast and smaller lunch and dinners. I really think the saying, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT holds some truth to it. Again, write down what you eat and start eliminating the culprits that are empty carbohydrates...like, chips, pretzels, cookies, cakes etc. I wish you success in changing your eating habits. It's not easy but anything worth having is always what we must work at the hardest to achieve success! YOU CAN DO IT!.

A study I read said that half a grapefruit before lunch helped dieting. They find similar, but much smaller results, with people who took a grapefruit pill or just drank its juice.
The rest of that stuff is pure crap.
