They are her front top teeth and are
rotten right to the gum line, the dentist said it's b/c of the bottle. She is off the bottle but the teeth are already
damaged .When they get removed
spacers are put in to guide the adult teeth. It's not so much the money but I don't want to put her through the trauma of being put under and all the bleeding after the process!

Depends how old she is and what you mean by bad. If they're full of cavities, most times they can be fixed but if they're overlapping or crooked then it's different. Basically it depends on how long she has for her permanent teeth to come in and if it's causing her pain. I would imagine the dentist believes that if they can straighten the teeth now, the permanent ones will follow and align properly.
Personally, I'd seek another dentist's opinion, I honestly wouldn't spend that much money on baby teeth and taking a chance that the permanent teeth may come in straight. Although, I guess, if this small amount of money fixes the problem in the future, it may be worth the money, now. Talk to another dentist and see if it's worth considering.

Those teeth aren't temporary, they are her baby teeth, yes they will come out eventually, but you shouldn't pull them until it's time. Her baby teeth maintain the space for her adult teeth. If her baby teeth are left to rot, they can affect her growing permanent teeth, which can lead to many problems with her teeth down the road. You should get her teeth fixed, and all her cavities filled.

Do you mean she has cavities? Why can't she get fillings? If you have them removed, the rest of her teeth will shift and her adult teeth won't come in straight.
