Ok I like this boy and I'm pretty sure he likes me, but I don't think he knows I like him. So do I tell him I like him first or should I wait for him to tell me that he likes me because I am sorta sure that he does but not 100% besides he'd want to tell me that he liked me if he liked me woudn't he or is he just shy?

He's probably shy. Mabey you should invite him to the movies one night, or send him a jokey email and mabey he'll come through. Shy guys dont like saying usuallly when its not in a question form. I've been through this before lol.

Well maybe hang out with him for a little bit before you tell him and see if he gives you any signs that he likes you and if he does go somewhere and tell him that you like him. Because some guys can be shy telling girls that you like him because he probably thinks that same thing that you are thinking.
