It's possible that your periods finally stopped. They're supposed to most generally stop sometime within the first 6 months of use. I would take a test just to be sure. Next month will be my 6th month of having one and I'm sure if and when my period finally stops, I'll be out buying a test just to be sure! Good Luck!

It's always possible to get pregnant if you're having sex, but the typical failure rates with IUDs are very low (under 1%). If you've got a hormonal IUD, that might be what's causing the lack of a period, but tbh two days isn't really that long to start majorly worrying about, particularly as your cycles aren't totally regular (cos months aren't all the same length)
Take a pregnancy test, and if it's positive, get to the doctor asap. If not, just wait it out for a bit longer for your period to put in an appearance, with another test a couple of weeks later if you're still worried.

What kind of IUD is it? I got a Mirena because I was told that after a year I might not have any more periods. I got it last April and didn't have a period when I thought I should. I waited a bit then took a pregnancy test. It was negative. Guess what...I've not had a period at all (not even spotting) since April and I am definately not pregnant. It's great!!

Pregnancy while using the IUD is still possible, because NO METHOD IS 100% EFFECTIVE.
IUD's have an average failure rating of about 1% annually, meaning that out of 100 women using them, 1 will become pregnant in 12 months' time.
If you think that you MIGHT be pregnant, take an HPT and then make an appointment with your doctor to make sure.

I know someone who became pregnant in spite of an IUD. However, 2 days late is not much -- especially since February was a short month!

It's possible but it's even more possible your period is changing my Doctor told me that over time with a IUD you can stop having periods all together.

Yes there is a chance but most likely it's going to be ectopic, you need to see a doctor if you are cuz' it can be dangerous.
But I did not have my periods for all 3 years I had my IUD

Well there is always a very slight chance with any birth control, but remember-- february only had 28 days, so really you're not late yet.
