I suggest the fittness program "Red", and follow the instructions for it or just do crunches with your legs up in the air. But be CAREFULL, don't pull your head up with your hands, let it come up by itself or you'll strane it.

Walk,Jog or ride a bike for 30 minutes a day and don't over eat.
