Go to Disneyland, Ocean Park. Although my friend and I like Ocean Park more because it's a lot bigger and they have more rides for adult. You can also book a day-tour to Macau, I think the travel from Hongkong to Macau is just 1 hour. Food prices are also cheaper in Macau.

If you are going to spend several days there buy an Octopus card. They are great. You can use them for most public transportation and are usable in many convenience stores and fast food restaurants. Be sure and take the tram up to Victoria Peak for a great view of the city.

If you want to go buy some cheap stuff go to flower street. if you want more expensive things, go to causeway bay. They have nicer things but for a higher price.

anthony is right, i can't imagine why you would want to go to that crowded, dirty city. i was there one week ago, i don't plan to go back. prices were very high, higher than in the u.s.
