On YA I see many non-believers complain about how we condemn them to hell. Are we wrong?? Jesus never condemned anyone. His commandment was to "go make disciples of all nation, to baptize and to teach them to observe is commandment. Please correct me if I'm wrong but are we giving a bad example?? What do you think??

I think that we are responsible to warn people of the consequences of their choices. We do not "condemn" them - they condemn themselves - we just try to show them Truth that they might live and not die. If you see someone about to fall into a lava pit do you stay silent? Love speaks - it may not be understood or accepted and they may fall in anyway, but you did all you could to prevent it.

I think a lot of what we are doing is wrong. I believe the way we interpret the words of our lord is wrong. I have been in many religions conversations that turn into screaming or belittling of the non believer or the Christian asking question about their beliefs. Christians are becoming very weak minded. I think this is because most Christians believe it is a sin to believe that God wants us to live a abundant live. I would be a nut case if I believed in everything the bible said, because it can really contradict itself. God created the brain before the bible. Sorry don't hate me people. I send love to all.

Example; I just asked a question about who is CLAIMING to be the anti-christ and about five christains were angered by that. Some christains need to gain more wisdom and stop acting crazy. Maybe if we didn't say crazy things non-believers would take us more seriously.

Ultimately, what many passages of scripture convey to us is that at any time that man judges, imprisons or executes a fellow human being, man is in essence imposing his judgment upon what could be deemed an innocent person. What the Bible states is that all sinners -- all evil people since the dawn of time to the present, have all been preordained into the life that they lived by God's all pervasive power over the mind of man. What the Bible states is that the only difference between a good and moral God-fearing man, and one who would be deemed a degenerate, is that God chose that life for each individual person.

From a modern perspective, Christians today cannot even begin the process of the next stage of birth and spiritual transformation, because they do not possess the knowledge necessary to comprehend the Divine Plan of Creation. In clinging to faith in the historical personage of Jesus, and in failing to prepare themselves physically and mentally to permit the entrance of the Light into their life, they alienate themselves from the Living Word that is attempting to enlighten and illumine their understanding. In their failure to look beyond the flesh, they neither perceive the pre-existent conditions that have brought about the events of life, or the results that these events are intended to manifest -- and not knowing or understanding the basic premises of life itself, they become entangled in their own judgment of events which they very clearly do not possess the ability to comprehend. The result is that they violate the Royal Law of God -- a Law that the Bible continually warns the believer not to ignore -- and they make themselves apostates to the New Covenant when they judge what they do not understand. Ultimately, in their parochial viewpoints, judgments and condemnations of things they do not possess the wherewithal to comprehend, in their blindness they in fact judge God. Thus, it is impossible for Christians today to move beyond the “elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity” (Heb 6:1 NIV), because in their judgment of God and the events of life that they do not understand, they become entangled in the very Laws that keep mankind from comprehending the Divine Will. Moreover, it is impossible for them to know the truth, until they are first able to understand God's plan for mankind.

Christians who condemn to hell are doing wrong I think. We are not to judge. We do not pick who goes where we are to teach with love as Jesus did. Plus common sense states if you do not believe in God why would you believe in hell. How can you be afraid of something you do not even believe exists? This is why we teach with love!!!

I know I really hate it too not only
that they also sometimes say that
we are being harsh when they are the ones who have got the whole thing worng.Man I could be
mad at them all day just for saying that we Catholics should be emlited just because we don't believe in gods or no sex before
marriage.

It's so not a bad example they should be doing what we are doing or at least improve their
sexuall behavior and naasty ways.

Yes, absolutely. I have been condemned several times just for saying that I don't accept the party line. Christians - mostly catholics - have killed people for centuries just for not saying their prayers in Latin. That attitude is pervasive today. If you want to talk to me and bring me over to your side by logic and intelligence then you mught have a chance but, as one person told me, I will go to hell because I am wallowing in my intelligence and pride and ego. Not the way to influence people and win friends.

I don't think we're doing anything wrong when we tell people about Jesus. I do think that sometimes we may do it at the wrong time or in the wrong way. There are better ways to tell people about Jesus then by being agressive or attacking them. Appearing to be perfect, closed minded, all knowing probably isn't the best way either. We may not be trying to be agressive or attacking towards others. We may also not be trying to appear pefect, closed minded and all knowing but it may come off that way. Think.....if someone attempted to share something with you and they came off being agressive, attacking and etc would you be willing to listen? or would you immediately cut them off? I think most people would cut them off and not listen to them.

Most definitely. He said to share the Good News, not condemn them to hell.

I think telling them "your never going to change your life your going to hell" Is the wrong thing to do

God did say we would be ridiculed for our beliefs, but also to go out and tell the people about His Glory.

After we have said our piece all we can do is leave them in God's hands.

If they ask him, he will answer much better then we can

Hopefully, if that's what we've been doing, we will grab onto the knowledge that "you attract more with sweet than with bitter." I think this is a very good question, and deserves each Christian's consideration. We want to win, not drive away, those who are not a part of the Body.
