I would guess that somewhere between 12 and 15 would be typical.
Often times, it depends more on opportunity. It's nothing to worry about. It'll happen when you meet the right girl.

I'd say probably 13...but for a real girlfriend, 17, and for an actualy real relationship, 20. =]

i think that boys should start dating at around 12! only because i feel that they should have time to play so when they get older they will be ready for a mature relationship.

well it dependes on how you feel. If you feel that you are ready have a girlfriend then there is no particular age.
