You can lose alot of weight just by take out soda, juices, cookies, candy,And chips.Drink 8 cups of water a day.Walk fast for about 30 minutes on a track or by walking in place.

Special K
1 fruit
Lunch
Grilled chicken
salad
Grapefruit
Dinner
Any lean meat
Any green vegie
As for snacks just blend ya favorite fruits to make a shake or eat a gronala bar
