If God can decide that somebody deserves to go to Hell, why can't Satan decide if somebody deserves to go to Heaven?

Because God is God and Satan is Satan. God holds the key to hell, Satan doesn't, it isn't his right to decide who comes and who doesn't because he isn't the boss, God is. Also, he wants more people to join him cuz that means that those people have rejected God, and Satan knows that that doesn't make God happy, and knowing that it doesn't make God happy makes Satan happy. God deciedes who goes to 'hell' or eternal torment. Not satan, satan is the ruler of the world, the prince of darkness, the ruler of This system of things. He will be cast into the lake of fire at the end of days. then relelased for 1000 years then completely destroyed. Satan deciededs nothing.

God nor satan does the deciding of who deserves to go to hell.
neither can satan decide who deserves to go to heaven. otherwise he'd put himself in front of the line. not only that but he'd call out dibs to sit in the throne of God.

this is coz satan was allowed by Allah ot chppse his companions who will follow him to hell, as he disobeyed Allah and asked permission to find his folowers(non-believers) who will be in hand with him to the hell gates.therefore he isnt the ruler its Olny the alimghty Allah who has the right and deserves the right to choosing and knowing both the good people going to heavens and also those who went astray who will get to hell folowing satan on the judgement day! bye! hope dis was informative!
