you just have to EAT SENSIBLY AND EXERCISE.
people have difficulty understanding that somehow...but trust me, it;'s the only healthy way.
Drinking water before meal times is not good actually because it drowns your digestive enzymes - your stomach won't be able to digest your food properly.

well diet pills is probably not a good idea. Drinking water is a good idea, reducing you salt intake is a good idea
lots of fresh fruit and vegetables,
lean meats,
no packaged meats (like bologna),
and some exercise might help as well,
less beer,
and spread your calories over the entire day instead of at 3 big meals. So 5 or 6 small meals is what people generally suggest

diet pills have been proven time and time again to be B.S. they dont work. What they do is give you a huge dose of caffiene which makes you want to get moving... so effective in making your heart race, and nothing else. (think anna nicole..)
The best way to lose weight is eat LEAN protein (chicken, fish, turkey) Lots of veggies, and GOOD carbs.. think whole wheat, brown rice... eat 3 meals a day and two healthy snacks to keep your metabolism going. Good snacks are:
popcorn (with no butter of course, air popped. or fat free microwave versions) Hummas with veggies or whole wheat pitas.. things like that.
