proactive has all you need the benzoyl peroxide and a mosturizer that doesn't dry your face out. it's only $19.95 and you get a three step program and if you don't like it you can get your money back. What have you got to lose? dry skin for 1. Good luck and I love this product!!

if you have "light acne" then you don't really need a cream with benzoyl peroxide, I am sure if you just use a Neutrogena Acne Wash for day and Night you'll be good, it's really good. && for you the best part of it will be that you can still wear foundation because it doesnt make your face dry!

I dont think any acne products that are sold work for your skin. I think they make it a lot worst. I mean if you have a few pimples or zits, it may work. But if you have acne, you need to see a skin doctor and have something perscribed, like an anti-biotic and a topical cream or gel. I suggest Ziana- a new acne gel. It works! Also, ask about minocycline or accutane if its really bad. In the meantime, wash your face with cool water, never hot! And dont use scrubs or toners, they will aggrivate it more. Try Cetaphil face wash and moisturizer. They are mild and gentle.
Best wishes.

i know exactly how you feel....... read the back of your face product and it should tell you how often to put on the cream e.g before you go to bed
use a light moisturizer (like E45) but 1 that doesn't make your skin shiny. and put it on a couple of hours before you put on the cream so it has time to sink into your skin.
I also suggest not to use foundation I've found that tinted moisturizer is good because it moisturizes and it adds a hint of color :) xxx good luck xx

You may want to try this out - it's not that expensive. Many local area doctors use it because it's better for you and your skin - my son has used it and it's been the only thing that has really worked -
Arbonne Clear Advantage Acne Lotion
Acne doesn’t stand a fighting chance with this oil-free lotion that penetrates pores to combat blemish-causing bacteria, while soothing and clarifying skin.

Check to see the percentage of the solution you are using. Most creams are 10%, when really 2.5% is just as effective and much less drying.
