"Atheism" is not a religion - and atheists don't think anything happens. You go into the ground and you're done.

"Antheist"? Is that a worshipper of ants? Seriously though:
I believe that when we die, we go 6 feet under and become worm food. That's it. I will however "live on" after I die though the things I've created, and the people I've had an impact on in some way.
I do not believe in the concept of a soul. Death is the end of consciousness. Of course, like any other animal we have a survival drive, so making up notions of souls and afterlives is going to help alleviate the fear of death. That's why I believe such stories are the natural product of the human mind.
"Atheism" by the way is not a religion, just as "theism" or "pacificism" aren't religions either. They just answer where you stand on one particular question, in this case the question of the existence of deity.

Why do Christians keep asking questions like this when its extremely obvious?
Soul is a religious concept, so no an Atheist doesn't believe in souls. And an Atheists understands that, when life is over, its over. Your body rots in the ground, the end.
Atheism is NOT a religion.

I think that when I die, I die. Death is the end of life and the end of my person. I don't think there is something like a soul apart from my conscious being.

No I do not bealive we have souls. No one has ever been able to find one. We only have one life and we had better enjoy every minute of it we can because when it is over it's over. When we die our remains return to earth there is absolutely nothing further except what we have passed off to our offspring so part of us still lives in them.

I'm a Christian, and I personally am not concerned what happens when I die. I live this life on earth in simplicity and gratitude. I think that is what we should be more concerned with.

I don't know and I don't care. I will find out when I get there. Why spend my life worrying about it? I'd rather do something productive with my life and try to help people and make the world a better place.

As an atheist I'm also Buddhist and believe in the concept of rebirth. We believe the mind goes on after the physical body is dead and takes rebirth according to your state of mind at death and karma.

Atheism is not another religion, It is not believing there really is a god or an afterlife - kind of like the easter bunny or santa clause. And atheists think that when we die, it's just lights out, like when you turn out the lights in a room.
