I would bathe in it first. Then make sure my family had nice homes fully paid and also enough money invested to allow them to not have to work again. After that if there is money left over time to hit up my favorite charities or better yet create my own.

Wow- that's a lot of money! I would definitely save some of it.
I would give the a large majority of the money to different charities and leave some as part of my will if I have children.

I would also spend some on shopping and buying a new house- just to live a little! My sister, who wants to be a scientist, says she would like to find a cure for cancer when she is older- aww!

I'd share it with everybody who answered my Yahoo! question! (Just in case you won and are seriously trying to figure out what to do!)

Actually, I'd keep a tenth of the "reported value: prize, $38 mil, and put it in a trust fund that would pay a guaranteed income to myself and my family in perpetuity. I'd give 10% of the actual prize to various religious organizations, and not feel obligated to make any additional religious donations. The rest I would put into a philanthropic fund, and spend my free time deciding who's the most deserving of a large donation. I think the best use of the money, the one that would bring the most satisfaction, is in being able to help others.

Either that, or blow it on booze and hookers.

Payoff debts, buy a cheap (but nice house) and a car that runs good (nothing fancy), and do the same for my relatives.
I would put enough in the bank/and invest enough, to last the rest of my life, and my childs.

The rest i would donate to the Make-A-Wish foundation. Let those poor terminally ill children live a dream before they pass on.

Cheers!

I would buy houses for everyone in my family, I'd donate money to charity, and I'd pay for a really good sex-change operation, maybe with some plastic surgery that will help me look more like Angelina Jolie. It would be fun to be a rich lady!

I'm not sure about all of it, but I'd make sure that when I built a new house for myself, it had a special room that had only one purpose. Ninjas, training in that room, twenty four hours a day. Just so I could open a door, and there would be ninjas training there. Sorta like Wayne's World, but with ninjas.

Ninjas.
