If there is blood every time that you blow, it is possible that you have dried your nose out from blowing so much. It could also mean that you have ruptured some vessels from all the pressure of blowing. I would suggest using a Q-tip to apply some vaseline all around inside your nose every night before bed, and see if this begins to help you.
If the bleeding persists, then apply pressure to the side of whichever nostril is bleeding, and hold for about a minute and then check to see if it has stopped. If not, do this again, and maybe place a cold rag on the bridge of your nose. Lean forward as you're doing this, so as not to let the blood go down your throat.

Are you familiar with "Water Inhalation"?
Drawing water up into the nose (practice in the shower).
You just draw it far enough so it doesn't go down the back of your throat.
Then 'honker' it out! Do this in the morning when you get up and before you go to bed.
This cleans out all the junk that you have settled in your passages under the eye. It will even clean the wax out of your ears.
Do it gently until your use to it.
Note: If you do not have a chlorine filter on your shower head do not do it.
The chlorine burns your nose and is poison.
If you want to test your water for chlorine pour a glass and put your hand over the top. Shake the daylights out of it for a few seconds then smell it. The chlorine gas will seperate and you will smell it.
Use bottled water! Your nose passage will begin to heal!
DO NOT USE INHALERS!
They are addictive and damage your sinuses!
If you had something in your eye you would pull out the eyelid and down over the eye effectively washing it. Then if you blew your nose into a tissue you would see the speck that you washed to the back of the eye.
Also try and not use tissue. Have you ever wondered why tissues will stand up in a box?
Try that will a piece of toilet paper!
The tissues have stuff like fiberglass to give them body!
That's also the reason why your nose will get so sore when you blow it. Use white toilet paper!
Have you ever gone outside after a rain and smelled how fresh the air is?
When you use water inhalation you feel like that all the time.
When your in a place that is stuffing you up (smoke, dust)
just go to the bathroom and clean your self out.
While you sleep at night everything from dead skin to dust from the furnace/ac can settle in the passageways.
Finally find a Naturopathic Doctor or Homeopath in your area and go get checked out.
Good luck!

Have you been taking a lot of over the counter medicine for your nose like Sudafed or Actafed or Claritin? Because if you take too much it can give dry out your nose to much. Also if you live in a dry climate or the heats on real high it can dry out the skin inside your nose and cause it to crack and bleed. Also sometimes depending on how hard you blow your nose can irritate the inside lining too. Using a saline nose spray helps and those Kleenex with moisturizer in them.

You have blood in your nose. When you blow, it comes out.
If you want a REAL answer to your question, maybe seeing a doctor would be a good plan as opposed to asking for medical advice here.

noses can bleed very easily as they are full of blood vessels. i wouldn't worry about blood on your kleenex - its just from the blowing. unless you were to get a full-on nose bleed that didn't stop, for say, 30mins+, then i would go to the drs.

It sounds like you have another sinus infection. You should see a doctor and get some antibiotics and decongestants.
