Also he is 3 years old and he has been dewormed, plus I have tried every brand of dog food and he seems to like Royal Kanine the best, however, he is still skinny!! My next step is to have him get some blood work done, and hopefully the Vet gives me good results...

It is possible your dog is just naturally this way - that is, he's the equivalent to a thin person who has little desire to eat.

However, I also recommend a good vet visit, with perhaps blood work testing done. It's necessary to screen him for worms, ticks, fleas, mouth or teeth problems, ulcers, kidney or liver problems, etc. Blood work will check enzyme levels and determine if his organs are operating correctly. If he is determined to be healthy, you may check his environment. Is he easily startled (so that he's scared to eat)? Does he even like his food? Maybe something a tad more appetizing will be better. Also, if your dog is underweight, sometimes snacks and treats are good. These are fine for dogs overall, but too much of it is, of course, bad. However, for your dog, some treats, which are often higher in fat and therefore taste better, may work.

But please see your vet first.

Several things to look at...

worming - eiether using Pyrental Paomate, or Safe-guard
consult your vet if you have never wormed a puppy though.

Food issue/allergy- dogs/puppies are very prone to allergies, he could be eating little because he is having a reaction to the food. a mild sign to allergy is licking of the paw pads. Not sure what you are feeding, but you might try something like Innova EVO, Solid Gold, Timberwolf or Welness. Stick with a dry food, wet is not good for dogs as it will increase tooth decay by a huge amount.
A dog should be eating a full meal at least in the morning and in the evening, and at that point some quick snacks from the bowl through out the day are usual.
I personally feed raw and either Innova EVO RM or Solid Gold barking at the moon. Even the picky eaters eat them.

metabolic disease - if the worming and allergy show's not results after about 2-3 weeks then he might have a thyroid problem or other issue. In which case you will need to consult your vet.

Age? What is he currently eating throughout the day? The color of his gums? Knowing this I can make some suggestions. Althought the best thing to do is see a vet, I used to work at a dog only pet store and I own three dogs of my own, one of which is a yorkie. I know how picky they can be. (Royal canine has a dry food that is breed specific for yorkies. My Yorkie likes it. The kibbles are very small so it's easy for them to eat, and the company made it very flavorsome due to the picky nature of the Yorkie. Check that out along with Merrick Wet food in Turducken, Wingalings, and or Puppy plate- I would suggest mixing a small amount of wet food with the dry to get your dog to really go for it). Well, let me know the age and everything else and I would be happy to help you more.

I am not a vet but it may be possible your dog has a thighroid problem. you might want to try weight gaining kibble. If nothing happens then go to your local vet and she will help! Also itmight not be a thighroid problem he might not like what you feed him. try changing it up a little.

Buy him some dog food that has good nutrients and good ingredients in them. This will be the more expensive dog food but it is worth it if your animal doesnt look healthy. Good luck!

Maybe he just has a fast metabolism. However, if you haven't ever taken him to the veterinarian maybe you should do that just to make sure he doesn't have parasites or some sort of illness.
