i can say it eaisly while im talking to my girlfriend on the computeur but we still havent said it on the phone, we have been going out for 3 months any of the tips i said that i didnt want to say it first and neither does she, please help out on thjis one thanks.

If you've both told eachother over the computer, you have nothing to lose! Be a man and say it first. Your girl doesn't want to because she goes about things the old-fashioned way, meaning the man should.
When you're hanging up, say "I know we haven't talked about this over the phone and that's stupid but...Do you know how much I love you?"
As much as you're nervous to. Do it. She feels the same way.
And after it's over, you'll feel so much better.

Don't take this the wrong way...but you two must be young. I remember back in high school, it felt like such a big thing to say I Love You, but then it loses all meaning. The reason being, it's puppy love. Enjoy the time you have with this girl, she will probably be the basis for all your relationships throughout your life.
It will be a little hard to say it on the phone, let alone in person. But just get up the nerve...it'll happen. And just be sure to always treat her right. =]

Just sounds like your afraid of getting rejected face to face. It's easy to do/say things over the computer but face to face can be a bit more difficult. If you mean it tell her, an old carnival saying is "you pays your money and you takes your chances". As you go through life you'll get more sure of who you are and what you stand for. Might as well stand now. What's she gonna do reject you?--it won't take away your birthday. There's plenty of gals out there.

if you can not say it out loud to each other it is not there yet. when the time is right you will be able to shout it from the roof tops. It does not mean that you are not in a good relationship. just that it isn't that far yet. take your time enjoy each other it is the most important thing.

If you can't say it to her face, then you're not ready to say it.
Just let it go for now, and wait for it. When you're ready to say it, it'll just pop out and will probably surprise you as much as it does her.

when your alone sometime just take her hand, take a deep breath, and look into her eyes and say "I love you" Most likely she will say it back.
