Quorn no longer safe to eat on wheat free diet.

Yes, it's just a sort of a fungus based food. Several Quorn products do have wheat in them but basic Quorn pieces don't.

If in doubt check the ingredients list.

Quorn on it's own would be fine as it's made from a kind of Fungi microprotein.

Check ingredients on the packet before buying as some of the products on sale may be mixed with other things.
