In my experience a dog would vomit bile, and mabie in very bad situations have bloody stools, dogs use grass for stomach problems, so if it were me I would go to the store and buy your pet some wheat grass in the organics section. It should help greatly! Good luck, try this first it wont hurt the dog or your pocketbook. Going to the vet is gonna cost some bucks, and they probably will tell you to give the dog zantex, dogs can take human medicine just at doses related to body weight, but try the wheat grass first.
