Husband has a kodak , I have a kodak, mine has more options, but the software is the same. My pics turn out awesome , no problems here it has 50x zoom, so its cool what I can get from a digital . Anyways, problem is, we can't use the software that came with, because it sux. I removed it because it messes up the computers so badly. Nothing runs with it, and we have plenty of memory and all that crap, so that is not it. I have heard this from other people too.

Try Picasa by GOOGLE and GIMP. They are free.

so go out and buy some good software, what you got from kodak was free, so quit gripping, go out and get one of the adobe camera programs and drop a couple hunderd bucks and be happy again.

I took it off my computer too, but I have photoshop and it does more than I know how to handle( I get along with it ok,lol)

Go out and buy a copy of Photoshop Elements, or download The GIMP, which is nearly identical to the $800 commercial version of Adobe Photoshop. Google it.
