If you got windows XP then you have it already!

COPY

Put the CD in and right click "start" on the bottom left.
Click "explore all users"

Here you can go to the cd file that you want to copy.
(Its file "C:\" for me)

Make a new folder (file-new-folder) or transfer the files into an existing one.

BURN:

Heres how I do it

When your in "explore all users" and you have the stuff you want to put on a cd in a SEPERATE folder, make sure there is nouthing in your CD drive and do the following steps:

1 transfer files you want to burn into your cd file (Its file "C:\" for me)

2 There will automatically be a little winow popped up in the lower right of the screen.

CLICK THAT WINDOW

You will be transfered to the the place where you just put the files.

On the left click "copy to blank disk"

Put in a blank and there you go.

I hope this was helpful

if you are using Windows XP, there is already CD burning software build into it. Place a blank CD into the CD drive. It should open an empty window showing the blank CD.

Drag any files you want to save into the empty window. You should see them appear with an arrow in the lower left to warn you that they have not yet been burned to the CD. Once you have the files there, click on FIle and select the Write files to Cd option.
