I have an excel sheet with 550 rows, each row should repeat itself meaning row 1 & 2 will be the same, row 3 & 4 the same. I am inserting one row after each row and copy and paste the information from the previous row. Is there a formula that would do that for me? Thank you all

1) enter all the data once only
2) insert a new column A
3) enter the number "1" in row 1, "2" in row 2, etc (you should be able to this pretty quickly using a formula)
4) copy all rows 1-550, paste immediately below
5) sort by column A - this should reorder the data such that 1&2 are the same, 3&4 are same etc
6) delete column A

There will be no formula unless sets one and Two and three and four etc are all the same or very similar. If they are very different the method you are doing in the best.
