To have a nice firm butt, stomach and upper thighs you should have sex 5 times a week .. at least!! Now, dont think that the missionary will do it. No way!! You gotta go through the whole Kamasutra!! Sex is not just ... IT'S A LOTTA FUN!!!

Get on a treadmill, jog, leg lifts, sit ups should do the trick. You do need to get a good routine going as well.

lay on your back, pull your knees up...feet flat on floor, and push you pelvis up, this tones the back of your thighs, buttocks, and stomach. also keep your arms down and flat on floor as well.
