Yes, I would also say Sarah. Mary comes first to mind, but she isn´t actually mentioned by her name very often, I think.

Hm, come to think of it, in The New Testament New Jerusalem is mentioned to be a woman and Christ´s bride, and in The Old Testament many countries and cities are spoken as women, so maybe you could also say that Jerusalem is mentioned very often as a woman in the Bible.

I don't know about the bible but in the holy Quran the only woman who was mentioned by her name is Mary PBUH.

I would say Sarah (Abraham's wife). She is in the Old Testament alot and also talked about in the New Testament.
