Towards the end of the TaxCut program it ask if you want to back up the taxes as a PDF file. Do that first. Keep track of where you save the file. Then simple save that PDF file to a CD like you would any other file.

But converting to PDF, you will be able to open that file in the future, on any PC, without having to have the TaxCut program installed. I have mine back to 2002 in that format.

Use Roxio, which should be on your computer by default if you are using a newer Microsoft OS. Choose to burn a data CD, and then specify the location of the file you are attempting to burn.

you dont need to. Next year they will send you an email with your user name and you go right in and do your taxes again. They save all your tax info from previous years
